Treacher - Aegis Associate
Diane has achieved
the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Advanced
Certificate in Food Hygiene and Professional Trainers Certificate,
she is also a member of the Hotel, Catering and International
Management Association (HCIMA) and a member of the Royal Society
for the Promotion of Health (RoSPH).
With many
years experience in the Education Sector as a Catering Manager
Diane provides food safety training and food safety audits as
required under the Food Safety Act 1990 and has provided food
safety control measures for Winchester College and the University
of Southampton.
